Each Wednesday between 9 am and 10 am the team at Agent Hue come together for a weekly team meeting.
It was great to connect again today face to face, as it’s the first time I have left home since lockdown 2.0 in Melbourne.
Having low immunity can be a challenge at times, but it’s not going to slow myself or the team down in attempting to achieve our goals.
We discussed the plan to update the salon services and why I feel this will be of value and benefit to both the salon and each team member.
Once again we discussed the importance of rebooking the salon’s clients and taking control of the length of time between visits.
I have been talking with the local florist, and we are running a promotion. Clients who rebook their next appointment will go into the draw to win a $150 voucher to use at the florist. The promo will run for 7 weeks, as that is the time frame we want our average client visitation to be.
We have also decided to run a promotion for clients having a colour service. They will receive a free treatment. This is a service we are not doing a lot of. The benefit of this promo, clients are able to experience a new service, and we are not discounting the products or services clients are already purchasing. It is a value add.
